Affordable Wigs: 5 Under £50 (That I’d Buy Again)

Most affordable wigs either look fake, shed everywhere, or arrive looking nothing like the photos.

I’ve wasted money on enough of them to know the difference, so these are the ones under £50 that I’d actually buy again.

I’m not a wig shop, so I don’t have 200 options to sell you. These are the few that actually passed the test for me – realistic hairlines, wearable styles, and no instant regret.

If you can stretch to just over £50, the Khloe style is a short face framing bob style wig with a snowflake lace hairlines that blends into skin, and permatease in the root that provides just enough volume. The parting is easy to move, but may need a little heat to fix in place. The wig is made from synthetic futura fibres and is heat friendly.

I usually use any heat on a low setting to prevent damage. Khloe is available in a wide range of colours. I have her in both waffle and panna cotta. Waffle is my favourite. With a shadow root and a neutral bright blonde biscuit colouring, the style is easy and comfortable to wear.

Verdict: If you want a short, easy everyday wig with a realistic hairline, Khloe is one of the safest budget options, especially if you don’t mind going slightly over £50.
